And maybe a strong suggestion to upgrade calibre if there is a new version available. 0.8.60 does not support latest Kobo Touch database. Or the Kobo forum to suggest looking for the firmware status. It could have a link to a help or FAQ page to explain the options. There would need to be a careful explanation of what is going on. I am unable to do things like delete books from my device from Calibre, anything that involves the database. But today I saw that there was a new version of Calibre, 6.16, and thought that would solve the problem. You can still send books to your Kobo with calibre, but deleting books and managing collections is disabled. Or maybe firmware and calibre versions combination. I was indeed running 6.15, as well as the current Kobo software, and got the message I said, despite what Kovid said.
